Check-in was a nightmare, with staff arguing amongst themselves while guests waited, leaving many of us frustrated. The elevator felt dingy and dark, which set a bad tone for my stay. I also had issues with my bill, getting charged an extra $50 that the staff could not rectify, and I still haven't received the receipt I requested. Overall, a chaotic experience that left a sour taste.
